Our Beaver Lake vacation rental is a wonderful place for a romantic getaway for two or a great place to host your entire family!

The 1400 sq ft condo is all new and fully furnished and stocked with all the comforts of home. It is an addition to our shop, situated on a private lot, only a short drive from our home. We manage our rental ourselves to ensure a more personable and enjoyable experience for our renters.

Our one bedroom has a king size bed, TV, dresser, bedside tables, and closet. It also has a daybed with trundle that can easily be converted into a king. We have a room divider that can be used for privacy if needed.

The main room also has a daybed with trundle that also converts into a king. We also have 2 rolloaways available on request.

The living area is a great place for your group to congregate. Choose a movie from our library to watch on the 75” TV. Or select on of our games to play on our oversized coffee table. There’s plenty of room for the whole family.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for cooking your meals and feeding everyone, including a refrigerator, oven, gas stove, microwave, plates, bowls, glassware, flatware, serving utensils, pots, pans, casserole dishes, coffee pot, toaster, crockpot, storage containers, foil and spices.

The dining table seats 8. And the bar area seats 2 more. There is also a TV in the dining area.

We have 2 full bathrooms with towels, washcloths, hand towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Hair dryers provided in each bathroom.

Our laundry room has a washer and dryer, sink, iron and ironing board. Laundry supplies provided.

If you would rather enjoy the outdoors, you can relax on our upper deck to read a book or enjoy the sunset over the lake. Or make use of the grill (charcoal provided) and patio table out front and enjoy your meal outside.

Our lot is level and is large enough to park an RV or two. We welcome the idea of campers, at no extra charge, if you need more room for your group. Our pull through driveway is great for pulling your boat. No backing needed. We are also easily accessible for motorcycles.

We are in a great location!! Only 4 miles to Clifty Boat Ramp, 15 miles to beautiful downtown Eureka Springs, 8 miles to Turpentine Creek, 25 miles to War Eagle Mill, and 24 miles to Hobbs State Park.

Our place is great for camping, boating, kayaking, fishing, hiking, motorcycling, or just relaxing!
